Accounting services:

  • Accounting services relating to starting a business in Poland, including NIP, VAT and EU VAT registration
  • creation of databases (opening of accounting books),
  • bookkeeping based on documents provided by the Customer,
  • preparation of CIT, VAT and IFT declarations and providing the Customer in a timely manner with information on tax obligations,
  • preparation of payments on account of tax, customs and social insurance liabilities in the Customer’s bank systems,
  • Preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable Polish regulations and IAS (International Accounting Standards);
  • preparation of monthly basis calculations and advance corporate income tax payments,
  • preparation of annual corporate income tax returns,
  • keeping records for VAT purposes,
  • opening and maintaining registers of fixed assets and intangible assets,
  • reporting according to the Customer’s standards – preparation of reports according to internal standards, procedures and deadlines,
  • participation in inspections of the Tax Office, Tax Inspection Office, Social Insurance Institution and National Bank of Poland,
  • cooperation with the Customer’s auditors

Accounting and tax consultancy:

  • creation of the Corporate Chart of Accounts,
  • development of the Accounting Policy,
  • development and improvement of existing accounting and document flow procedures,
  • cooperation with chartered auditors during audits of financial statements,
  • many years’ experience in handling the Symphony program, in which we generate reports according to the Customer’s needs,
  • close cooperation with control departments in international companies,
  • fulfilment of tasks of the clearing department as regards preparing payments and carrying out analyses of accounts
