- Customer support in the configuration of ERP systems: Comarch XL, Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Comarch Optima, Symfonia. We participate with the Customer in meetings with companies implementing the systems.
- Advice on software for invoicing, warehouse management, reporting, document archiving, payments.
- Optimisation of accounting processes, e.g.: designing data imports between systems, setting up schemas, testing the settings made.
- Streamlining workflow.
- Ongoing assistance to Customers and carrying out training in the use of the system: Optima, Symfonia, SaldeoSmart.
- Ensuring compliance and integration of systems.
- Development of advanced reports in Excel based on data from accounting and payroll programmes.
